Michelle has had the pleasure of working with LABIS for more than 10 years. She values the meaningful impact this one-of-a-kind service has on individuals living with acquired brain injuries, their families, and the wider community.

Kelly Mason

Communications & Events Coordinator

Kelly brings extensive experience in leadership, business development, community engagement, and event planning to LABIS. He supports the organization’s communications, fundraising, sponsorships, events, and community outreach, with a focus on building stronger connections and increasing awareness of LABIS throughout the region.

LABIS is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors whose experience, leadership, and community commitment help support the organization’s mission.

Paul Tremblay

President

Paul has been a Lloydminster resident for 35 years. He first became involved with LABIS in 1997 after his son acquired a severe brain injury. Through that experience, Paul has seen firsthand the importance of connection and support, and the vital role LABIS continues to play in his son’s life.

Heather Gray

Vice President

Heather is retired after spending most of her career working in human services, including four years as Executive Director of LABIS. She has also volunteered on a variety of community boards and has served on the LABIS Board of Directors for the past four years.

Angie joined LABIS because she understands firsthand how important its services are for individuals living with brain injuries. After experiencing a traumatic brain injury in 1986, she developed a strong appreciation for the support, connection, and understanding LABIS provides. Angie has lived and worked in Lloydminster for the past four years.

Originally from Seattle, Washington, Andrew moved to Lloydminster two years ago after a 10-year career as a manager and financial advisor with a local credit union in the greater Seattle area. He and his wife have been married for 10 years and are always looking for meaningful ways to get involved and contribute to their community.
