Michelle Neufeld
Executive Director
Michelle has had the pleasure of working with LABIS for more than 10 years. She values the meaningful impact this one-of-a-kind service has on individuals living with acquired brain injuries, their families, and the wider community.
Taylor Brothwell
Pathways to Empowerment Director
Taylor grew up in Melfort and later moved to Lloydminster, where she attended school before continuing her education in Saskatoon. She has worked as LABIS’s Pathways to Empowerment Director since October. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her spouse and daughter
Kelly Mason
Communications & Events Coordinator
Kelly has lived in Lloydminster for 15 years with his wife, two children, and two dogs. At LABIS, he supports communications, event planning, sponsorships, fundraising, and community outreach. He enjoys helping raise awareness of the organization and building stronger connections throughout the community.
Gina Hewitt
Fundraising & Administrative Assistant
Gina has been with LABIS since 2025 and supports the organization’s fundraising, administration, and day-to-day operations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Macgregor Mason
Summer Student
Macgregor joined LABIS in May as a summer student and will begin pursuing a Bachelor of Science at MacEwan University this fall. He assists with the Pathways to Empowerment program and has built a fantastic rapport with LABIS clients.

LABIS is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors whose experience, leadership, and community commitment help support the organization’s mission.
Paul Tremblay
President
Paul has been a Lloydminster resident for 35 years. He first became involved with LABIS in 1997 after his son acquired a severe brain injury. Through that experience, Paul has seen firsthand the importance of connection and support, and the vital role LABIS continues to play in his son’s life.
Heather Gray
Vice President
Heather is retired after spending most of her career working in human services, including four years as Executive Director of LABIS. She has also volunteered on a variety of community boards and has served on the LABIS Board of Directors for the past four years.

Angie joined LABIS because she understands firsthand how important its services are for individuals living with brain injuries. After experiencing a traumatic brain injury in 1986, she developed a strong appreciation for the support, connection, and understanding LABIS provides. Angie has lived and worked in Lloydminster for the past four years.

Director
Originally from Seattle, Washington, Andrew moved to Lloydminster two years ago after a 10-year career as a manager and financial advisor with a local credit union in the greater Seattle area. He and his wife have been married for 10 years and are always looking for meaningful ways to get involved and contribute to their community.
